Several options available: One-on-one client centered sessions are offered out of the facility of your choosing. If you have access to a gym in a home condo/apartment building, local gym, place of work etc that allow outside trainers to come into their space this is an option for you. Thirty and sixty minute appointments available at the frequency of your choosing. You will receive a customized plan including a combination of  circuit, free weight, body weight and functional exercises that is best suited to your goals. You will also receive a custom plan for additional workouts as well as a meal plan. Your custom meal plan is tailored to your goals, lifestyle, fitness level and current conditioning. For individualized training each plan is calculated for the macronutrients to fuel your body to perform at it’s best. Your meal plan will be adjusted as needed on an ongoing basis to ensure your continue to reach your goals. For small group/team training you will receive a custom meal plan for your group that is tailored to your team goals, lifestyle, fitness level and current conditioning. Recipes, tips and tricks on how to maintain a healthy diet/lifestyle included.
